Chambliss welcomes 3 associates in Chattanooga

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel recently rolled out the welcome mat for three new associate attorneys: Naudia Gray, Sawyer Richardson and Colin Wolfe.

President and managing shareholder Mark Cunningham says the trio of fresh talent will bring “valuable insights and innovative perspectives to a multitude of practice areas.”

Gray counsels businesses clients ranging from startups to national organizations on diverse matters and transactions. In addition, she regularly prepares a variety of purchase agreements and other transaction documents for the firm’s mergers and acquisitions clients.

Gray was a Centennial Gold Scholar at Lee University, where she graduated magna cum laude. While she attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, Gray served as the managing editor of “Tennessee Law Review” and the executive editor of “Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law” for two years.

Gray worked as a summer associate at Chambliss in 2022 and 2023.

Richardson represents various business clients in complex commercial and business litigation. He counsels on risk mitigation, contractual disputes, products liability defense, breach of contract claims, dispute resolution and construction matters.

Richardson holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, where he graduated summa cum laude. He continued to University of Tennessee College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif, a national honorary fraternity for outstanding scholarship in law.

Richardson also served as a summer associate at Chambliss in 2022 and 2023.

Wolfe advises individuals and families on a range of estate planning matters. He specializes in wills, trusts and asset protection, and assists families with trust and estate administration.

“Amid an evolving tax and economic landscape, Wolfe guides clients in navigating trust strategies and ensures their estate planning documents remain up-to-date and effective over time,” notes Chambliss Bahner in a news release.

Wolfe earned a degree from the University of Arizona Global Campus while serving in the U.S. Air Force, where he rose to the rank of technical sergeant. He’s an alumnus of the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Wolfe began his career at Chambliss in 2023 as a summer associate.
